Anyhow, I replaced the rear caliper rear MC and rotor mid grade, not from the stealership, only to realize the fittings are banjo bolts and the lines are not. I'll show you how to inspect and replace rotors and pads on a Polaris Sportsman 500. Hand brake line goes to junction box and then to the three brakes. You need to get the air out of the rear brake line and rear caliper before sealing it. You could try sealing it at the junction box to take the rear brake out of the hand brake circuit. Disconnect the rear brake line at the junction box and replace it with a plug.
